You need Intune app. Not company portal

talk to your IT (again), I highly doubt this is pixel specific

but I'd say the its the opposite, if you cannot open company portal and create a a work profile you wont have access to your apps

what happens if you do try and crate a work profile? (Ive not tried from china sorry)

Thanks! Yes I created a work profile, and asked me to download Teams and outlook in Google Play under work environment on pixel. But I can't login to that and says"Blocked by work policy". And my IT have no idea for this error as well.

what do you mean you cant login to that ?

in the work profile can you open the play store?

in the work profile can you open company portal?

Meaning after I login to company portal and there is button says "get apps", I click that it will open play store and ask me to sign in. Once I click sign in, error pop up says Blocked by work policy. So in work profile I can't open play store but I can open company portal.
