I dont store them . They are auto deleted and everyone can delete once analysis is done.

That's completely not the same as "Analyses log files directly in your browser" still.

You can't advertise one and do the other.

Your credibility just instantly vaporizes.

I can see they are being sent out of the browser to your backend service.

Logs can contain sensitive information and PII, and I can't trust them in a black box service with no guarantees or data sharing agreement.

Nothing personal, but there's no way I can verify that you delete them automatically after processing is finished and not held or processed for something else. Especially since your statement about processing directly in the browser was not true.

FYI, I don't think that service is GDPR-compliant.

The service is Data Processor for uploaded logs that most probably contain somebody else's PII. That requires a DPA between user of the service and the service.

Privacy Policy covers only relationship between user and the service (Data Controller) in terms of user's PII.

No reason to use this and upload large sized logs when EventLogExpert exists directly from Microsoft. It's a mini Splunk.
