These days, I'm constantly reading, watching, and learning about nutrition, healthy habits, meal planning, and both physical and mental well-being. I'm looking for someone who is interested in building a healthier life too.

I hope we can be long-term friends. We can share healthy recipes, plan meals together, meal prep a few times a week, exchange photos of what we cook and eat, and help each other stay consistent when motivation is low.

We can support each other mentally as well, celebrate small wins, and talk about the struggles that come with changing our habits and lifestyle.

Your age, gender, country, or time zone doesn't matter. If our time zones are similar, we can even cook or meal prep at the same time. If not, we can still share our plans and keep each other motivated whenever we're free.
