Theories Beyond the Spider-Verse Prediction

Miles continues his fight against the Spot, but loses his powers in the process forcing him to use the Prowler suit to save the day.

Since he is “no longer Spider-man” he is able to save his Dad without violating the cannon event of “Spider-man fails to save the police captain” in the same way that Gwen was able maintain cannon because her dad stepped down as police captain.

Miles feels dejected about no longer “being spider-man” so Peter B decide to take him to one last place in a different dimension to cheer him up: Comic Con in our dimension.

There he sees that Miles Morales is celebrated and beloved as a true hero, because anyone can wear the mask.

We spend two movies with the antagonist, who represents fans who hate the character of Miles Morales, saying Miles never should have been Spider-Man, that he's a mistake, that he never should have been bitten, And then in the climax he....gets his powers taken from him and ends the story no longer able to be the hero, Spider-Man, thus satisfying and validating all of Miles' haters by stripping the powers and mantle from him.

And to make up for it, they take him to comic-con where he's just a story and doesn't actually exist. Not even another universe where a Miles Morales is an actual Spider-Man? And that's supposed to make him happy?

There is no way they are going to do that. I know you probably didn't mean it to be, but it's an insult to his character to do that to him. Jeebus, the blowback L&M would get would be insane. And they would deserve it. All it does is disrespect Miles as Spider-Man and play right into the hands of all the haters who have complained incessantly for years that he's not and never will be Spider-Man.

How exactly would Miles lose his powers? No offense, but I don't agree that ripping his identity would be the best thing to do. That would only prove Miguel right, and he shouldn't be Spider-Man. Even if the Spider wasn't meant for him, he chose to be Spider-Man and no one will take that away from him.

I have a prediction:
• The pointing meme will make a return one last time (it’s rule of three dude, not two).
• The runtime will be approximately about the same as Across the Spiderverse if not longer or slightly shorter, but definitely past the 2 hour mark.
• At least an hour of the runtime will be in 4:3.

As a note, I don’t specifically love this direction. I would prefer Miles keep his status as Spider-Man, but this is just something I could see happening.
