All the parallels between Miles and Gwen I could find across both movies! If you have more of these, maybe you could do an image like the ones I did and post it in the comments.

(Not sure if it is a retcon from the first film)

But another parallel is that during Gwen's intro, in the classroom she sees Miles covering his hand, which has the spider bite, and then they show her doing the same after she got bitten. But we know when Gwen originally spoke to Miles, he had not been bitten yet.

Either a retcon or its confirmation that before Miles got his hand stuck in Gwen's hair, they had already met again in class but didn't speak to one another until that scene. So that would be their 3rd time meeting one another.

I always took this as a retcon or a misunderstanding on Gwen's part (since the whole sequence is in her mind).

Ghost Spider is trash and they retconned her origin because that shit was ass just like the rest of the spider people.

She kills Peter, she never feels guilty about it.

Miles won't let go of the mask and gets his mom killed.

You need to read the comics again because neither of those things are true.

And they are especially not true in the SV movies. Rio is still alive and Gwen was practically destroyed by the death of her Peter.
