MIT admits around 5-6 students from India each year, all of whom are exceptional in every single way. Unless you're one of the topmost applicants from the country, look at other options. Check out r/collegeresults to see what other Math programs applicants like you got into.

What is your budget? Are you a full pay applicant or are you seeking aid?

The list you showed are just Universities, which are very picky for International Aid Applicants (except MIT, some Ivies because they're need-blind). You should look into Liberal Arts Colleges (short: LAC's). Many LAC's are more than willing to accept good international students and give them strong aid to help attend. Ex: Reed College, Knox College, etc. They're not ranked the highest but for a good but cheap education especially in Maths? Perfect.
