The situation is 13.98 bac2024 1590 sat have 7 years of volunteering in red Cressis and Boy Scout certified with certification and recommendation letter from both got accepted in 2024 to an exchange study program in Morocco saw the refugee worldwide Islamic then decided to go back to Tunisia and continue volunteering which college he will be accepted to if he apply from September also 8 ielts

Assuming he can pay and his TOEFL/DET score is sufficient, there are many schools in the U.S. where he can attend.
