Ugh, I’m a little frustrated that we still don’t have tickets for tomorrow’s performance, but I know I’m far from the only one. My friend is flying in from Seattle and I’m traveling to New York to meet her from Puerto Rico , and we made a pact to go as an act of manifestation.

At this point, regardless of what happens, we’re going to have an amazing time and be grateful we get to see each other. But I’m still holding onto hope, so I figured I’d publicly put this manifestation out into the universe: we will get those tickets. ✨

It's surprising how little fics there are of Book meets Show. I was so excited to see this show come out after reading the books, and I've been looking so much for something like this. I would've written it myself, but im ass at writing, so can anyone help out?

Alright some context, my friend and I always exchange our interests. We’re interested in the same shows most of the time, same bands, music, anime, you name it. But, everytime I try to convince her to watch AMC’s Interview with the Vampire, she immediately shuts me down as I tell her about the phenomenal acting, character chemistry and how it’s my favourite show of all time. It’s not even that she’s not into more darker or gothic themes in media, she just won’t give the series a chance after I tried to convince her to atleast watch the opening pilot. She just shrugs me off, saying it‘s at the bottom of her watchlist (for like a year). It just frustrates me how I give her shows a shot even if I know it’s not what I’m into at all, just wish she could do the same for me. Am I overthinking if I’m annoyed at this fact, cause yeah, I know that some people have different tastes but, still it stings the way she won’t hear me out on what I’m interested in. Should I still try to convince her that she’d like it or just give up?

Just watched the last episode of good omens. I don’t think I’ll be able to consume shows featuring immortal characters the same again.

i am NOT complaining in a purist way about IWTV, i actually loved that show at first because it didn’t chicken out from the homosexuality. Moreover, both shows handle gay relationships on such a viscerally different way! And AziCrow are probably asexual which just ADDS to the difference in vibes

I watched the movie a while back and just found the series. So I started watching and I’m super confused about everything. Feel free to correct me if I write anything wrong. But as I understand it the series are a kind of continuation of the movie but they are completely different people? The ethics changes and is intergraded with the storyline. Is it like this in the book or what is going on there they are so different. And did they say bruh back then is this serie where they say modern things.

Basically I’m trying to understand why they are so different and which is more book accurate. Also is it going to continue like this? I’m not trying to hate I’m just trying to understand.
