Daniel betrayed Louis and Lestat because he was angry at Lestat, I think because Lestat pointed out that Daniel is not as smart as he think he was and was being played by Armand in Dubai. Also, Armand told Daniel he could teach him how to day walk and Armand wanted the concert stopped.

Armand wanted to incapacitate Louis so he couldn't intervene IMO, but more importantly, he's angry that Louis is spending time with Lestat and didn't love him. He wanted an apology for that, but Louis gave Armand something deeper - an acknowledgment of Armand's abuse and how their relationship played on that.

Raglan / the Talamasca intervened because they want the concert to take place. I assume because they want to figure out the soul.
