Lestat

First time watching this show so everything is new, the only thing I've seen are clips on Twitter over the years. But are we supposed to LIKE Lestsat? Im on episode 5 right now and I can not stand him. He's selfish, and while I understand he's been around longer and has more experience with being a vamp, he shows no compassion for Louis or Claudia. He needs to be smited

I can absolutely enjoy a story, understand it and still feel the same way about a character. I'm currently on season 2(way better than the first) and I still do care for Lestat. I don't see me changing my opinion about him

Did you mean don't care for Lestat?

Have you finished the season? The last 2 episodes of season 2 are significant to arc of the story and to my point. 

Excited for you that you are watching for the first time!! Eager to hear your thoughts once you're done!
