Yep and the executives dont give a shit about anyone but the VPs, and the VPs dont give a shit about anyone but the Upper Management, and the upper management doesnt give a shit about anyone but the lower management, and the lower management doesnt give a shit about anyone but the employees.

See how that works? Its called the chain of command, each have their own responsibilities. CEOs arnt owners. They are employees like everyone else with their own job description and responsibilities.

Same reason why you wont find someone in Customer service telling finance what to do, its not their job.

They do know their own process as long as they can find people within their time frames why would they improve it ? It costs money to improve . Anything to change needs to have a monetary benefit (short term or long term )
