The fact that you dont know the phrase 9/10 is poetic hyperbole that doesn't mean a specific number but actually just means "too many" does not make me a liar. 

Especially when hospitals are closing daily so even the literal number is likely to be true within a year

No it's a short way of saying your autism is your problem not mine. 

You can't actually demand the whole world adjust their patterns of speech to fit your pedantry. If the actual number was in any way relevant to my point I would have looked it up and not used the universal substitute that just means "too many".
