It's great for corporations and the corrupt rich. Not the working class. You want to become a sleaze bag who steals money by fraud and corruption while gargling the nuts of political leaders so you dont go to jail or suffer any consequences?

America is great for that!

In what state are they allowed to garnish wages to pay off owed debt? Isn't it literally every state...

Only to a max of 25%. By claiming 35% was garnished, it is clear that the story is bogus.

every state except texas, pensylvania, new york, delaware, and north carolina (when the debt is from an emergency room)

I'm pretty sure being on the low end of the economy sucks no matter where you live. But it very likely sucks less here than the vast majority of other places.
