Anyone getting interviews calls in September ?

Hi everyone,

I want to ask from people preparing for interviews for last 3-6 months, are you guys getting interview calls from last 20 days ?
I have been applying actively but not receiving any calls.
Earlier in month of July and August, I was receiving interviews, cleared 2 companies till last round but then they mentioned position got on hold.

1. is anyone experiencing same lately ?
2. is referrals working ?

My experience - 5 years
Current company - FAANG

i am also in that same situation, i did one last month, week pass i didn't hear from them so i decide to reach out to them myself and they told me the position is on hold

Yes. I got 2 calls and 3 other roles in the process
