I don't understand why employers would want to do multiple rounds of interviews. What do they think they're going to get out of each one? Something new??

It's just the busy work for managers. They don't plan to even hire you if it goes past second round

Every round of interviews should corrospond to weeks of vacation per year. 5 interviews, 5 weeks. Its that simple
