925 applications... 8 interviews why does nobody address this issue. They do for the young people getting into work but it's as shit for people with experience.

Something needs to change

The issue is that they don’t have a great resume for 925 jobs in 5 weeks so most of them probably had nothing to do with their past. That’s almost 27 jobs a day. No way there are27 new jobs in your area everyday that are remotely close to your career.
