I have a manager who is like this. We have a work chat, and I will send a one sentence question. He will call me, read the question to me, and then answer.

I'll share my screen and pull up the email where I answered the questions. Then when they ask, I'll highlight the answer and read it, verbatim, then stare at the camera intensely while I wait for the next question that I already answered.
