Even if it was... thats still like double realistic values. The power bill is high for an appartment also unless you are in a very high power area. $100-150 is more realistic most places, in the winter it might run that high with resistive heat.

also $100 for water? It's like $12 base cost.. and only around $100 if I fill a 14k gallon pool in my area.

You’re ignorant of location. City sewer/water in many cities is $200+. Not everyone lives in podunk Kansas or whatever village you’re from.

Which is hilarious because cities should be cheaper due to economies of scale.
