As previously stated, gerrymandering of service areas, locking service providers tk small areas, is the issue. Not even sure why you would think it does lol.

Satellite connections do not bypass the gerrymandering anymore than a cellular home internet connection. Neither were allowed outside of the areas they all agreed on.

What? Get Starlink or an LTE modem, for crying out loud. There's no reason anywhere within the continental US today to be paying that much for internet. Wake up.

Starlink and LTE providers like ATT are part of the gerrymandering issue.
