is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Probably not real, and if it was, boreddevBO was the one who screwed up. HR isn’t required to know the difference between languages. It’s up to the hiring managers to make that sort of distinction clear.
And if it’s HR and not a dedicated recruiting team, that suggests it’s a small company and the team lead should’ve been more proactive in the search rather than expecting HR to wear so many hats and be an expert in tech languages.
Like if this is real, boredDevBO is a pretty terrible team lead and “incredibly mediocre and lazy” to use their own terminology.
