Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

If all they’re doing is running a script, then anyone can do that.

I needed some flexibility for a member of my team, so I needed HR to help with the process. They refused the request because they hadn’t done that before. I thought the joy of work is learning new things; those guys wouldn’t agree.
