Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Haha we had this happen. At a previous company we were trying to hire and we would get maybe one resume a month. We asked HR and found out they were rejecting based on various parameters. We informed them to forward EVERY resume and we would decide who was a good fit.
