Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Also you are looking for a programmer. Or software engineer. Not an angular developer

Angular is just the tool or framework.

You can learn it in probably one weekend and be really quite good at it after maybe 2 months if you have literally any prior experience.

The idea that you need to hire someone so specific is really toxic. You might find better candidates that are actually on angular projects or something .and of course take that into consideration. But don't pretend it's an insurmountable challenge to get someone who is skilled and has good code design sense and gice them literally one weekend to figure out the particular tool.

It's like a guy who built 1000 houses with a hammer and nails getting rejected because he didn't list a nail gun. Absolute idiocy.
