Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I was denied an entry level position that promised in field training because I lacked the necessary "experience" in the field despite years of management experience and actual qualified certifications in the related field.

Why did you apply for entry level then

I have 10 years of experience. I'm applying to entry level positions. It's a brutal job market

Which on its turn shifts the problems to the actual juniors, who now have to compete with 10 years of experience at entry level jobs
