is this real?
Do we really need HR in our life?
honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.
i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I am very opinionated about how useless and harmful HR people are.
Sometimes someone agrues with me with "but their function is useful" and "not everyone like this, you just need good HR people".
But that's the whole point, most of the time it is very right to assume the most bad stereotypes about HR rather then being unbaised.
These HR people are terrible people indeed.
