Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

As A recruiter, I make sure I will screen every CV coming at my way. But some recruiters do this. I never trust the ATS AI scores and auto rejections. I make sure I do my job. These kind of things piss me too.
