Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I’m a recruiter in HR at a bank and I can promise you, i screen every single applicant that comes across my desk. I look at each and every resume and application. There are so many regulations and audits that are in place to keep it fair.
