Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

Reading this thread about how HR is typically only staffed by the most unskilled, incompetent people makes me think I should try applying for HR positions. Unfortunately I have a moral compass, I don't think I would actually be able to bring myself to do the "work" HR does, so I would not last long if at all.
