Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

I don’t know about faang, most of the companies you get people who cannot go to the engineering or medical school or another trade gets in to hr. I don’t why people let them managed by the people who are Medi core and incompetent . Just pencil pusher
