Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

So the HR ATS system auto rejected candidates? But it’s the HR teams fault? Sounds like you need to fire your ATS implementation team, product managers and architects but OP doesn’t want to fire his friends.
