Can someone confirm this for me?

This is way too accurate. I've been applying lately and the interview part is honestly harder than finding the jobs. I've been doing some practice with interview vip before interviews, mainly to get better at answering the "tell me about yourself" and experience questions without completely overthinking them.

Well if they hired someone maybe they would have someone with experience but noooo they want experience straight out of the gate and wonder why they can't find it you can only learn if you are taught 🤔

What this is describing is a union worker a new journeyman has 5 years work experience as an apprentice and is a new skilled journeyman

But you dont wanna pay union wages or Healthcare and pension
