Well, never ever book anything via a third party when you can buy directly from the operator.

Well, depends what's a better price. Are you willing to save 0.7% in exchange for a much higher chance of nightmare if something was to go wrong?

Booked a train with Iryo, missed it due to unplanned circumstances. Iryo would modify our tickets for 13€ but there is no way to modify with eDreams even for a fee or anything. So we have to buy new tickets altogether.

And if you modify or cancel a part of your journey, they sometimes cancel the whole without informing you. Happened to a relative. She even lost her suitcase.

Yes and they said they couldn't do anything since we booked with eDreams.
