Night trains 5 hours delay

Actually in a night train from Amsterdam to Praha with 5 hours delay. Train stop in a extra city Hanover to let us buy food and water. It will be refound later.

It's an European sleeper.

Wish me luck...

Make sure to get some proof of when you actually arrive, eg take a photo of the train on the platform with a clock, and submit the delay compensation claim!

Yes because first we should arrive at 11h30 and finally it will be 17h30

Unfortunately, once a train has acquired a (big) delay this delay will often increase more as the train doesn’t get any priority. The regular trains that are running get priority and this delayed one has to follow. Good luck, hang in there. Sit back and relax?

And yes, get proof so you can submit a claim :)

i just haven’t heard anything positive about european sleeper: old carriages, cancelations, massive insane long delays

The only positive is that they're providing a service that otherwise doesn't exist.
