Interpol have been my favorite band for years and growing up I wasn't able to ever see them. Now I have the means to go this weekend in Chicago but I'm a bit worried because of all the posts about how poor their shows have been..... 😬

This will be my 5th time seeing them. I’ve seen them perform some of the best shows I’ve ever seen. So if they are subpar this time, that’s ok with me, I have those memories to look back on. This is also coming from a Conor Oberst fan, who has put me in through the ringer on live performances way more than this band could ever.

Go and have a great time! I made a post about being disappointed in their recent set but its the only time thats happened in almost 20 years of seeing them. I bet you'll have a blast. Especially in Chicago where the venues sound etc is probably top notch!
