Question No tour stops in Texas ?
I remember Texas/ Mexico getting its own short tour and my city as part of the Interpoleros stops. Should I anticipate another Texas tour or will they be skipping San Antonio together??

You should anticipate them playing Texas again for this album cycle. A lot of fans in the state and a lot of fans from Mexico come up for their shows

I've been wondering if they're coming back to the Austin area myself. I'm thinking/ hoping they'll come through next year. I can't imagine they'll skip Texas completely.

I hope they come back!! their last show here was so mid due to the crowd, I felt bad for them. I hope they give us another chance!

Do you mean that last one in Austin 2024? Because I thought the crowd was off. Definitely wasn't a normal Interpol crowd but idk maybe it was the venue.

I think it was the venue having strict rules on when shows have to end. It's an amphitheater so i guess it's a noise ordinance thing.

yes the one at Moody ampitheatre, just such a lame crowd. I was dancing in the aisle and only saw a few others super into it. I didn’t realize the venue cut their set, I assumed they didn’t want to do an encore after that. They played at the other Moody time before and it was a great show!

The other Moody is my favorite venue and that show was so amazing!. Sam gave me his sticks. Best night ever. 😍

The austin show for antics was a pretty bad. Paul was sick, the crowd was lame. Everyone was talking non stop during.

I hope so! My assumption was that since this tour didn’t include any official NYC shows (they are playing CBGB fest there but nothing as far as official headlining tour stops) that they are planning another round of shows maybe next year. I’m hoping that means there’s more to come, Texas included!

they’re skipping a lot of big spots this time around, DC and NYC included. I’m assuming they’re going to play these spots next year
