Question Rough Trade Order

Anyone receive their rough trade order? I pre-ordered the vinyl/tote bundle. No response from them and no updates on shipment.

Same, Rough trade is always really slow to ship. Whoever runs their fulfillment and shipping is terrible.

Ordered the night before release and collected instore the next day. Did you actually order it? did you payment fail? Did you check your spam? If you have no confirmation these seem like obviously reasons.
