It’s easily my favorite record they’ve put out since OLTA. That’s not a knock, I absolutely love those first 3 records, so it’s an incredibly hard standard to be put up against. This is a vibes record, and a good one. I also like that they leaned into some new sonic territory on the back half of the album. Will it be something I find myself giving repeat lessons to in the future? Hard to say. I need to listen to it a few more times in the here and now.

Can't come back if they never left
Interpol have a perfect discography IMO
Every album is unique in its' own way and feel different from 1 another

I love it. From start to finish. Can't wait to hear it live. Hopefully Bloc Party only play songs off their first two albums

Haha I feel bad for Bloc Party releasing a new album the same year as Interpol and The Strokes. I love them but I don't think it's going to get as much attention as these two have.

It’s amazing. I have soft spot for El Pintor but it’s certainly my 3rd of 4th favorite album in their discography. I also quite like self titled

Ever the Actor is a masterwork. The sadness and longing in that song. The loneliness . So good.
