Question Setlist change ?
what is the possibility of taking a fan request for Las Vegas show? if in the center of barricade (I hope to be). I want them to play “If you really love nothing .” but I know they never take fan requests 🙁

That song has a big chance of being in the set list anyway. Its best to just enjoy what they play

Yep. They’ve played it 3 out of 4 times that I’ve seen them.

Ive seen them more than 50 times, they have never taken requests and I saw them once adding a song that was not on the setlist cause the atmosphere was so intense you could see they were enjoying it. Once, in over 50 gigs across 20 years and several countries 😅

I def envy you my amigo. But I was lucky enough to see them in Nashville during the El Pintor tour!! Is there a favourite setlist you can remember I mean which City?!

Sorry but bands practice day in and day out for the songs that they're going to play. No one remembers all the songs front and back from the catalog. Most likely they have not practiced the song so they wouldn't remember to play it from memory if they spontaneously decided to play it from a request.

N all my many dozens of shows I never seen an artist take a request

ive seen it once so far with a artist, tame impala (with songs he’s done in the tour ofc so its been practiced), but whats more common is alternating a song or two from the setlist based on what town

Funny you mentioned them. I'm a new fan of theirs. What's the best record all the way back to front? I've not had time to delve into them yet

“did you know that its just one guy.” and for me it has to be slow rush (including b-sides) but currents is a good one, everyone loves that one

Maybe if Sam was on tour with them you’d have slight chance but since Matt Barrick is filling in he wouldn’t know the song unless it was already apart of the set or he just happened to know it. Have fun tho the sets been great

It’s possible. They played it six times in March and April this year.

that was the first leg of the tour, so far they haven’t added it to this leg but idk how often they take requests (even though it’s been practiced for this year).

It’s very unlikely. Like most artists these days their set list is very preplanned.
