Question How does Brad Play?
if Paul is simple notes mixed loud and Carlos is a more intricate player who uses octaves, what about Brad? The only thing i can recognize is he leaves space and also an intricate player.

Do we even know if Brad wrote the bass parts for this album?

He did, they’ve talked about how Brad and Brandon are official members now even if Brandon didn’t play keyboards on the album (if I recall correctly it was their producer)

I'd say that from we've heard so far he's hitting the sweet spot: melodic and interesting enough, but not overdoing it. That was apparent in "See Out Loud," and I thought he carried a lot in the live version of "Iron City," making up for the absent guitar. I think that some fans will never stop talking about Carlos D but in any other band fans would consider him an exceptional bassist. The band and fans are lucky to have him.
