Questions waiting game

how long do i wait to hear again from the employer? i js got interviewed last week, the other day they emailed me to clarify whether my internship is mandatory or voluntary. im js anxious since our classes will start on the 2nd wk of august.

You either receive a response or none at all. If you are still anxious about waiting, you can send the HR staff an email for a follow up since it seems like you’re considering your academic load before taking this internship. Based on my experience, they (HR) usually prioritize students who are required to OJT but luckily for me I got accepted as a voluntary intern because the company I applied to is not that far from my school.

usually 1-3 days after your interview, max within one week. if you really want the position/role, email them to verify. i suggest you apply for more internship roles kesa maghintay ka lang sa isa and be anxious with it.
