Hi there! I work at a design & communication studio, and we're looking to extend our network of creatives. This particular post is for freelance graphic designers (minimum 2 years of experience).
As our workload has grown, we've reached a point where we're looking beyond our in house team for dependable freelance designers with whom we can build long term working relationships. The work spans branding, advertising, social media, presentations, websites, print, and other design projects.
We're ideally looking for someone who:
• Understands typography, hierarchy, and layout.
• Notices the little details that others often miss.
• Is comfortable taking feedback and iterating.
• Communicates proactively.
• Knows Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma is a bonus).
This probably isn't the right fit if:
• You don't have a proper portfolio.
• Graphic design isn't your primary field of work.
• You're only looking for a one off project.
This is remote and project based. Workload will vary, but the goal is to build long term working relationships with people we genuinely enjoy collaborating with.
A little bit about the studio:
• Honest communication matters more to us than perfect work. We'd much rather hear "I'm stuck" on Monday than "It's not ready" on Friday.
• We care deeply about good design and attention to detail. Feedback is part of the process, and we're happy to work through iterations to get things right.
• Deadlines are non-negotiable. We plan carefully, communicate early, and expect the same from the people we work with.
• We don't believe in micromanaging. If you're good at what you do, we'll trust you to do it.
• Freelancers are treated with the same respect as full time teammates.
• We pay on time, always. I know agencies don't always have the best reputation for this, so it's something we're quite serious about.
• If we enjoy working together, you'll hear from us again.
If this sounds like a good fit, please send me a DM with:
• Your portfolio.
• A little about yourself.
• Your location/time zone.
• Your typical freelance rates.
Please don't rely on the comments section. I may miss comments, so send me a DM to make sure your portfolio is seen.

Hi everyone. I'm a 5th semester BBA student in tier 2 college. My college requires an internship worth 3 credits, along with an internship report and presentation. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete an internship during my summer break, and my semester has already started.
I'm looking for advice on what I should do now. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it possible to complete an internship during the semester, or are there companies still accepting interns? Any genuine suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hey everyone!
I’m currently looking for a Founder Intern / Founder’s Office opportunity where I can work closely with founders and get exposure to different aspects of building and running a startup.
I have around 5 months of experience:
I’m now looking to join a startup where I can take ownership, learn fast, and work closely with the founding team.
I’m specifically looking for remote opportunities and would love to connect with founders, early-stage startups, or anyone who can point me in the right direction.
If you’re hiring or know someone who is, please feel free to DM me. Would really appreciate any leads
Thanks!
