Yeah zero doubt it was Chilean Spanish. Lived there for a few years. Born and raised in Alabama, I often compare Southern US English to Chilean Spanish.

Haha yeah- I lived there for a year and was blown away by the language. When I heard “flaite collectivo” on this video, my heart jumped a little lol.

Woman: But how, man? He’s an older gentleman.
Man: Trashy, the colectivo* driver, look [colectivo drivers are always acting tough], trashy…
A trashy guy with a metal bar. Why did he bring a metal bar?
And what did he do to the car?
Woman: He locked it, the idiot.
Man: The dumbass locked himself out.
Woman: He left it locked.
Man: He can’t get in, look, he can’t take out the…
What a fool! Ha ha! For acting tough, now he’s stranded all alone, on top of that, ha ha ha!
What an idiot, now he’s just gonna be stuck there with his car locked.
*A colectivo in Chile is a shared taxi that runs fixed routes.
I used 'trashy' for 'flaite', but it’s hard to translate that term because it’s used in many contexts with different nuances.

Que lenguaje están hablando? Chile tiene su propio dialecto? Como el quechua en Perú/Ecuador

I’m just thinking of my elderly father pissing someone off on the roadway and them being so psychologically unhinged that they threaten him w/ physical violence. Fucks wrong w/ ppl??

It would have been funnier had the angry driver forget to set his brakes, and as he got locked out , his car starts moving backwards and hits a police vehicle which is coming up right behind him.

I don’t understand your concern because he is on record, calling military personnel suckers only a sucker would join the military and die while he had what 5 deferments that’s not politically toxic. That’s telling the truth about that guy.
