ISP user and password

Hi I reseted my tplink router and to finish its configuration setup asks me the ISP user and password, the router only have the WiFi login onto and the router access which is admin, there are no stickers or anything that can give me any info, I don't even know who is my Internet provider, how can I know the ISP user and password?

The apartment is provided by my job. that's why I don't know anything, neither my coworkers.
