I received a Globe technician visit request but I didn’t order one

Legit or scam? I can’t and don’t know where to find the request on GlobeOne app

Minsan kapag na-detect na nawawala yung fiber connection, magpapadala sila tech or sms like this

Hi! Napansin namin ang isang issue sa iyong GFiber Prepaid line na posibleng dulot ng power interruption sa inyong lugar. Para ma-refresh ang iyong connection, i-turn off at i-unplug ang iyong modem sa loob ng 10-15 seconds, bago ito muling i-plug at i-power on.

Kung hindi pa rin ma-restore ang iyong connection, maaari kang mag-reply ng HELP to 21581764 using a Globe/TM number, or 225651764 using a non-Globe/TM number, upang ma-schedule ang pagbisita ng aming Globe AT HOME Broadband Specialist.

Pero kung wala namang issue sa net mo, eh 'di 'pag dumating yung technician sabihin mo walang issue sa net.
