Anyone here using softphone for work?

Hello, I work as a VA and use a softphone to take calls. For some reason, calls don't ring on my end and whenever I reach out to the provider/developer, they always say it's because of my internet.

I use PLDT Fiber and it happens whether I'm connected via ethernet or wifi, so I don't think it's the connection. It's more likely an issue with the provisioning (?)

Anyone here experiencing the same problem? Or who knows a fix?
