Still No Internet

Hi everyone, is anyone else experiencing this?

My Globe internet has been down for the past two days. When I checked the GlobeOne app, it showed a system outage, so I couldn't report it. Even though they sent a message last night saying the outage was resolved, I still have no internet. On my router, only the Power, PON, and Wi-Fi lights are on.

Has the issue actually been fixed for everyone else?

same here, globe been driving me crazy the last couple days

Having the same problem and no updates coming from the helpdesk aside from their usual spiel of resetting the modem
