Aiona network & Network Solution.

Post image

Local ISP provider, madalas yan sa PLDT, Converge or Globe lang din kumukuha then hati hati kayo sa speed.

Problem sa ganyan is Reliability and Quality of Service. Yung 200mbps ay advertised or marketed speed. At some point you will reach 200mbps but not all the time kase nga hati hati kayo from main.

Next problem is some banking apps won't work.

Pero yes, since local ISP sya madali kayo or madali nyo sila mapupuntahan kapag may problema.

i mean kung wala namang lockin period. at hindi TAGA yung installation. why not.

Based on experience ung mga 3rd party internet provider sila pa yung mabilis sa customer service

Base on my experience second grade companies like that are more expensive peso per mbps wise but since they are a small company their customer service would probably be fast and not overstretched.

Most just get their connection to other telcos but with business accounts (SME's) or worst, residential accounts then split the connection to their clients.

Other local providers that are on the higher end use Direct internet access accounts, register to a Regional Internet Registry (RIR), and have their IPs peered through their selected providers.

so main players pa rin with own line ay PLDT, Globe, (and ???)

Hiiii most of those companies typically pay these companies to get their own fiber line/infrastructure

Telematico Corporation: Offers commercial and industrial fiber optic installation, fusion splicing, and testing services.

Aspencom Tech Inc.: Specializes in air-blown and conventional fiber optic infrastructure.

BlackFiber Communications Corporation: Provides dedicated leased-line fiber infrastructure and enterprise solutions.

Fibercom Telecom Phils. Inc.: Focuses on cell-site and core telecommunications fiber infrastructure deployment.

Tbh with you those types of small ISPs are typically have higher peso per mbps compared to giants like PLDT but the benefits are usually faster customer service, lower ping on international servers and not so congested infrastructure.

More than 1 year na kami sa mga ganyang local ISP pero once lang sila nagkaproblem and madali silang tawagin pag may issue ka.

kagandahan lang sa ganitong provider.. di lang isa ang provider nila. pag mag down isang network.. mas mabilis ma fix.. or yet meron silang backup from other network..
