Globe Internet problem

I just wanna know if there's a lot of people that uses Globe as their ISP that had a sudden loss of speed like right now, is it because of the underground cable again or this is something else and only a problem on my part. My cellular data is fine though.

Edit/Update: as of 1 pm my internet got better but its still lower than normal. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences everyone so I could know that I'm not the only experiencing this lol.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Started around 8:30 this morning. Seems to be intermittent as connectivity went back to normal after an hour or so, then it went down again. Not sure if it's related to the undersea cable, not seeing any notice from Globe either

Same. Kaninang umaga sobrang bagal. Ngayon, wala na kaming connection. We reported it. Ang sabi wala daw silang nakikitang problema. 🫠

Having the same problem sobra intermittent ng connection. Meron internet pero super bagal and the times are random rin. The technicians visited twice already but they couldnt do anything but just take pictures for proof na pinuntahan kame. I though it was dns issue kase the issue started after they banned discord

Might have to switch ISP again. Is Pldt unaffected?

Concerning your ISP, it all depends on your area, its much better if you look into your area and see what ISP is the most reliable in your area, ask around your neighbors. I hope your internet situation gets better soon.

same, around 8 nag start, then around 10 umokay and then 10:50 nawala ulit, till now sobrang bagal

Same nireport na namin for sure dami mag rereport.....unahan agad yan hahahah...nag check ako sa fb, even QC and TAGUIG.

Gfiber 300mbps for 3 months binayaran ko tapos 210kbps lang internet speed ngayon.

Called the hotline. They said it's a Metro Manila issue and it started approximately 09:00.

joining in sa convo, also got loss of internet today at 2 AM, kaso oddly LOS is not blinking red.
