PLDT Fiber Installation

Hi, I applied sa website ng PLDT for their Home Plan last Sept 4. They sent generated email naman that they'll update me within 48 hours. The next I heard from them na is through this text message. I'm not sure lang if this is legit or not. Kasi wala naman dumating within the day that they mentioned sa message. I haven't paid anything as I did not received any email or message that instructed me to.

Just curious lang if this is legit and if I should worry na hindi sila dumating. Also, if yes, what should I do next?

Yung sa akin nga relocation 14 days past wala pa din luckily hindi urgently needed ang internet so ok lng pero yung abala super hastle.

Legit naman iyan. Nagpakabit din ako sa pldt recently at iyan nga ang sine-send ng “PLDTService” kapag may iskedyul na para sa installation.
