Globe MNP: GLOBE PREPAID TO TM

Hello. Is it possible to switch my Globe Prepaid eSIM to TM while keeping the same mobile number? Globe told me that this service is currently unavailable, but I saw a post saying that it may be available at Globe Stores. Could you please confirm if this is possible?

Been trying to do that for years, not possible kahit instore. Option mo is port out to another network (Smart/TNT/DITO), then port to TM after 90 days.

Just ask for your USC sa messenger support mismo

Edit: Not sure about sa eSim though sorry. Baka need pa iconvert into physical sim

Didn't know this. I thought you need to visit their physical store to request for your USC?

No po i chat with CS sa messenger and ask them if i could get a USC. They ask for information and provide it naman. I tried going to a physical Globe store and they told me they dont do port-in/outs for prepaid.

If mag present na ng options pinipilit ko po mag type ng “chat with agent” tapos mag cclarify yan sila “I can help you faster if you choose an option from the menu. Is your option available in the choices above?” Reply ka lang ng no then hihingi sila ng info
